Counselling in Farnborough & online

A calm, confidential space to talk things through.

Whatever you're carrying right now, you don't have to make sense of it alone. I'm Emma — a qualified counsellor offering warm, unhurried support for adults across Farnborough and online.

You're welcome here

Reaching out can be the hardest part. There's no pressure and nothing you need to have figured out first — just a steady, non-judgemental hour that's entirely yours.

What brings people here

Different reasons, the same first step

People come to counselling at all sorts of moments — in crisis, or simply sensing that something needs to shift. You might recognise some of this:

Feeling anxious or overwhelmed

Worry that won't switch off, or a sense of running on empty.

Low mood or feeling stuck

Days that feel flat or heavy, without quite knowing why.

Loss and grief

Finding your way through the absence of someone or something.

Relationships

Patterns with family, partners or friends that keep repeating.

A life change

A move, a diagnosis, a role ending — and who you are within it.

Something you can't name yet

Just a feeling that you'd like space to think out loud.

About Emma

Someone in your corner, at your pace

I'm a qualified counsellor and a registered member of the BACP. My work is built on one simple belief: that being properly listened to, without judgement, is where change begins.

I won't hand you a checklist or tell you what to do. Instead we'll work together to understand what's really going on, so you can move forward feeling more like yourself.
